Rex Sexton - Chief Executive Officer / Vice-Chairman of the Board
Rex was born April 14, 1971 in Huntsville, Alabama. He was raised in a Christian family. His values, character and morals are attributed to hisupbringing and the example his family displayed. He accepted Christ at age 13. After years of searching, in his Christian walk, he found his calling and knows what God has planned for him. God has prepared him for this very moment his entire life. Rex graduated from a Christian high school in Florida and continued on to Harding University, from which he graduated with a BS in Public Administration. Currently, he is President/Owner of a national plumbing contracting business. Building this corporation has given him the necessary entrepreneurial, managerial, and leadership skills needed to carry out the vision of Servants Heart Ministry. He is also active in his local church and serve’s on the World Mission Committee. Rex and hisfamily have been actively involved in world missions since 2006, leading many trips to Ukraine and Dominican Republic. He now resides in Franklin with his wife, Jill, and two sons, Spencer and Seth.

Rob Dublin – Chairman of the Board / Chief Operating Officer
He accepted Jesus as his savior at the age of eight and serves in his local church. His main focus is serving with the youth and men’s ministry. God has moved in His life in a powerful way especially in the last five years. God has really broken his heart for missions and has led him and his family to participate in local and foreign missions. Professionally, he has 20 years experience as a healthcare sales leader, entrepreneur, and business development professional. He has enhanced the performance of companies in the pharmaceutical industry, laboratory services industry, and professional services through developing and implementing strategies to strengthen non-profit organizations. He has earned his M.A. in Christian Leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary. Currently, Rob is serving as Region Director of Reimbursement Operations at a pharmaceutical company. He also is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Operation Desert Storm. Rob resides in Franklin, TN with his wife and three daughters.

Kenneth Hill - Secretary of the Board
Born: June 20, 1970. He grew up in the very small town of Slaughter, Louisiana. He was raised in a Southern Baptist Church and accepted Christ as an 11 year old boy. He has always believed in the power of prayer and truly believe God answers them. He went straight from high school into the work force earning a living. Just when he thought he would take control of his life, God introduced him to his sweet and beautiful wife, Lisa. What an angel of God she has been. They have been married 11 years and have two little boys. Ethan is 6 and Alexander is 3. What a life changing experience. Over the past 17 years he has been in some sort of sales. He is currently the Division manager for LoJac Materials, Inc in Franklin, TN. God has surrounded him with some great followers of Christ. The Mission trip, of 2006 to Ukraine, changed his life forever. God interjected these fine men he is proud to call his brothers. Together they will work to change the lives of children around the world. God is their team Captain.

Jay Weinstein - General Director
He came to know Jesus at a Billy Graham Crusade in June 2000 in Nashville, Tennessee. He is focused on World Missions and has traveled around the world to help lead more than 15 Missions trips since 2003. In the work place, he is the Video Operations Manager/ Nashville for the world’s largest telecommunications company with almost 3 decades of industry experience. He holds a Bachelors degree from Barry University and a Masters degree from Vanderbilt University. Jay resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, Sandy and daughters. Jay serves his local church faithfully and is currently the Chairman of the World Mission Committee at his local church.

Ramon Hernandez - General Director
Born in Moca, Dominican Republic in 1970. He has 10 brothers and sisters. Ramon came to know Jesus at the age of 12 and has been working in the church since 1982. He studied at Bible College in Panama and became an ordained minister in the Christian Church upon his return to the Dominican Republic. He worked 10 years in the capital, Santo Domingo as a minister with Centro Christiano. He also worked with Go Ministries traveling all over the country planting churches. Ramon managed a church camp in Salcecdo for 6 years and led numerous revivals with hundreds of attendees from various denominations which resulted in many Dominicans being baptized. Currently, Ramon has teamed with Servants Heart Ministries to expand Gods work throughout the D.R.
